We’ve decided to change the way we pay our mortgage. That huge amount at the beginning of the month KILLS us, so I we’re now doing it bi-weekly. Payments are smaller, we won’t have a problem paying ever 14 days, and at the end of the year we’ll have made 1 extra mortgage payment.
Wish I’d done it months ago actually instead of procrastinating, could have used the extra money at the beginning of this month – you wouldn’t believe what my inbox looks like right now. Lots a shit need to be paid – pray for me.
